The EVERCUT® knife cuts 300 to 400 times longer than steel blades
Performance trials of the EVERCUT® blade were halted while the cut was still significant (cut of 5 mm at each cycle): it is practically impossible to wear out an EVERCUT® blade.

The EVERCUT® knife cuts 3 to 5 times longer than ceramic blades.
While ceramic blades are appreciated for the hardness of their cutting edge and the sharpness of their cut, they demonstrate a lot of drawbacks when used. For instance, ceramic is fragile and proves to be particularly brittle as soon as it is knocked.
